Scoreboard Messages must be submitted more than 24 hours before a game. If you do not see the game listed, you have missed the deadline to order online. Orders will be processed in the order in which they are received and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after the close of the submission period to confirm your order.
MARRIAGE PROPOSALS or full-Screen scoreboard message
Nationals Park offers the following options for Full-Screen Scoreboard Messages:
- Standard Scoreboard Marriage Proposal or Full-Screen Scoreboard Message – $500.00
This includes a message hold on the entire screen at the end of the scrolling scoreboard messages which run during the middle of the fifth inning.
- Full-Screen Video Scoreboard Marriage Proposal – $1,500.00
A video proposal will include a full-screen video feed of the proposal on the scoreboard.

in the event of a game postponement
In the event of rainouts or other circumstances requiring the postponement of a game, Scoreboard Messages will be honored and displayed during the middle of the fifth inning on the rescheduled game date. In the event a ticket holder cannot attend the rescheduled game, they may reach out to philanthropies@nationals.com to request a refund or reschedule the message for a different game date.
For all other game delay and postponement information, please refer to nationals.com/rainout for the policy applicable to the affected game and retain possession of your ticket, as it may need to be presented at a later time.
